After your graduation, do MBA and choose HR as your specialisation. After finishing MBA, you can apply for jobs in various companies in the aviation sector.

Since you a pharma graduate it will definitely be a good choice to opt for MBA Pharma. This way you can put your learnings during graduation to good use. Most of the Pharma firms also prefer one who has done MBA pharma.
