MBA HR salary for freshers varies from Rs 5 Lakhs per annum to Rs 15+ Lakhs per annum depending on ranking of BSchool and student Performance in MBA academics, GDPI and summer training performance . Highest salaries for legacy IIM and XLRI students and Tier III B-Schools students get lower end salaries.

XLRI Jamshedpur, Symbiosis University, IGNOU, IMT, etc offers one year Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development / Management. These courses are delivered by distance learning. You can evaluate above mentioned courses.

The eligibility criteria for MBA is Master's or Bachelor's degree of 3 years duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate or any other examination recognized by M.D. University Rohtak as equivalent.
