SIES has good faculties for HR. Not just that, the placements are good too. We had companies like RBI for summer internship this year. I do not know much about Dalmia as I am representing SIES.

Hi Prerna,
In India, XLRI and IIM - Kolkata are the best. Later on, you can also evaluate MDI - Gurgaon, IMI, Symbiosis, etc. HR placements are too good in the country.
All the best.

Hi Nazia Khan,
Industrial relations is growing concern under HRM. You should try to find something in industrial relation area. You can shift to HRD, where you can work on HR development, initiatives, strategies, etc.
All the best.

Firstly, focus on your strength and what you choose. Then choose finance, HR or both. If finance is your strength then choose finance and if HR is your strength then chose HR.
