There is no such particular UG degree to pursue a career in HR. However pursuing BBA in HR will be good if you want to pursue Masters in the same specialisation.

The best would be enter the job market to have some work experience in HR and then you can choose your further field of study. It is important to understand the world of work so that you can skill yourself accordingly. PhD in management is one of the option if you don't want to work.
