Hi Pavithra,
There is no such particular UG degree to pursue a career in HR. However pursuing BBA in HR will be good if you want to pursue Masters in the same specialisation.

Yes, in case the company require PG as a qualification. However, nowadays many corporates specifically require MBA in HR for HR posts.

ISB&M Pune has got poor placements in the last few years. This year HR placement package was Rs. 4.5 lakhs per annum. If you have other options you can opt out ISB&M Pune.
