IPE is not recommended. BIMM has been great for HR professionals and has produced good meritorious students with best offers in multinational companies.

If you have selected IT then THE best option is to select either Marketing or HR because both the streams require IT skills to operate software like HRIS, Digital Marketing, SEO or SMO. More options are available with Marketing. Finance also play a role in this as it makes use of SAP, Tally and other software. Best options are marketing and finance.

1. XLRI, Jamshedpur. The best in India.
2. TISS & NMIMS, Mumbai. TISS provides excellent ROI.

First of all, I would like to clear your misconception that nowhere it is said that boys do not prefer HR. It can be said that girls mostly prefer HR as it is not a field job.
