You will need a 3 or more CGPA (out of 4), letter of recommendations, SOP and work experience of 2 years to apply for Masters. You may check the individual requirements as well. York University, UBC, university of Winnipeg, etc. offer the degree.

Marketing do include some mathematics when you study marketing research, it includes concepts of Intermediate probability theory and statistics, whereas HR is pure fundamental concepts of organizations. It will include models for labor relations, employee management and organization structure. HR will be theoretical as compared to marketing.
