The college is good and it provides the better ROI than other colleges, since the fees is comparatively lower than other colleges, and the average salary offered is around 5 lacs. That too, if you want to specialise in HR, it is the best.

You can prefer Indira School of Business Studies, which is offering decent placements with highest salary package. Apart from that, you can also try for TISS – Mumbai and XLRI - Kolkata for HR programs.

There are following two type of HR courses after graduation degree: (a) MBA in HR which is of two years (b) PG Diploma in HR, which is usually a one year course.

Yes, placements are there for all students. The average salary at present is around Rs 4.5 lakhs per annum.
