Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBA in HR through correspondence from any university. Some universities may require 3-year graduation certificate 15-year of education for MBA.

TSM, Madurai is a decent institution for HR. The average salary is around 5 lakhs rupees. This year a female student, who opted for marketing and HR received 14 LPA from Amazon. You can go to their website and have a look at the NIRF 2017 data and also mandatory disclosure. If you are choosing TSM, opting marketing as a dual specialisation is possible. Accreditation of this institution is good, its PGDM is accredited by AIU as equivalent to MBA. Also, it gives MBA degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.
