RIMS all India ranking is 122 in Business Today 2015 rankings. It is definitely not in Tier I & II list of B-Schools.

Yes, you may apply with this percentage but cannot guarantee you for anything. But you could give it a try. IBS is not famous for HR though. But, IBS Hyderabad has overall decent faculties for HR.

EMPI is an average college for MBA. I would suggest you to try for a better college depending upon your scores in management exams. Go for a college with an established brand name and good placements track record.

Faculty for all subjects is picked up from the industry which helps students immensely with up with latest trends.
Your MAT score should get you interview call and then rest will depend on your acadmic record and interview performance. Reasons for joining EMPI would be the curriculum, industry association and strong alumni network, which I think is the most important part.

The average package offered in PSGIM is around Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum with the highest package of Rs 12 lakhs per annum (marketing). For others (HR, finance & operations )- Rs 8 lakhs per annum. All staffs have core knowledge & experience in their domain so there is no rank among staff.
