Distance MBA has little scope for lucrative salaries. Major salary is being paid in IT, FMCG, E-commerce and telecom for HR professionals. You can rather go for full-time MBA from top 40 B-schools.

The average salary offered is Rs 4-6 lakhs per annum, although offers for HR are comparable low with other streams, so you cannot be choosy while placements.
