It really depends upon the college you want to join. Tier 2 B-schools have decent packages ranging from 6-12 lakhs in HR. HR from tier 2 colleges varies a lot, so before joining the college you must have a clear picture of HR placements of that college.

Delhi is known for its knowledge, either it is Mughal or the British rule. There are quite a few colleges under Delhi University, who offer management education.
Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) is the most reputed one. Apart from FMS, Delhi School of Economics (DSE) and Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) are also reputed because of their specialized courses in management education.
