You do not need to pursue any course unless you want to make career in academic field such as teacher. For that, you should pursue M Phil and PhD. Focus on a job, gain some experience and start attending various seminars and conclaves.

It would not matter (i.e. your degree issue) even if you are a graduate in any other subject. The important point is that you need to have a flair for personnel management and good communicative ability and should enjoy solving problems related to human working. So, you may go ahead for a career in HR.

There is no harm in doing a job along with MBA. But in my view, the best is if you do a job for 1-2 years and then go for MBA as it will make more sense as then you will have the basic understanding of market and corporate culture.

Yes, it is a good option. You can choose marketing with HR. Generally, marketing people initiates their career in sales and they need to handle a group of members, hence HR will come in handy for you to tackle the objectives.
