Hi,
It depends on colleges and universities, and also if you are a fresher package can be of around Rs.4 to Rs.7 lakhs, but if you have a past work experience as well in the related field, then it can go up to Rs.15 to Rs.20 lakhs or more.
It also depends on your performance and interview. There is money in this field and if done right, then you can get good financial success.
All the best.

Hi,
There are coaching centers for HR generalists. Amongst them, SLA consultants is one of the best, therefore, prefer it. Further, you must be working in that area, like HR department or doing MBA.
All the best.

HR is an amazing field and in today's world every company needs an HR manager, be it small or big. Getting a job in a big company depends on various factors like your college, your percentile and your calibre. I would suggest, you should pursue this course only from the top notch colleges which can later fetch you better jobs. Following are few of the best colleges to pursue MBA in HR:
- Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar
- S.P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai
- UPES, Dehradun - It has a lot of further specialised courses which you pursue.
- ICFAI University, Mumbai
