Tiss (Tata institute of social Science) is the best institute in Mumbai for HR. They give M.A. degree which is as good as MBA.You need to crack Tissnet to get admission there. With full time MBA you cant work.

HR being the backbone of an organization, allows the candidate to work for hiring of the workforce, providing development & training, maintaining workforce regulation, assessment of their performance, providing compensation & benefits, motivating, relation with labour, health, welfare and safety assessment.
