MBA IT graduates have job opportunities in IT or ITES companies only in the area of pre sales support, Business Development, Account Management and Business Analysis. HR specialists are required by all type of industries, therefore, MBA HR has wider scope in comparison to MBA IT graduates.

It is true that finance and marketing specializations have a ton of offers, but it does not mean than other departments are doing bad. Choose what you love doing and don't worry about placements, eventually you'll end up well.

Nandini, BBA HR is better as you will have wider career prospects with it. After BBA Hosp.Adm., your career prospects would be confined to healthcare field but with BBA HR you can have a career in Healthcare field too but this is not possible with BBA Hosp.Adm.
Many good universities in the country offering BBA (with different specializations) and are having good placement record too are Sharda, Lovely, Manipal etc. Some of these universities offer scholarships too.
Check their websites for more details.
Good luck.
