Hi @khushboo3900, Finance and HR would serve as a good combination, but will be beneficial in later stages of your career. There are some current students with the same combination. There is no major or minor as such in EMPI. Both the specializations serve as major and you could decide to pursue a career in either of it, that is actually the best thing here. With HR, you would have the exposure to MANPOWER training in a professional setting an

Hi,
The highest package last year for MMS HR was 4lac p.a. And that for Operations was 4.5 lacs p.a. In the PGDM format, VESIM doesn't offer Operations and HR specializations.

With specilaization in HR you will become a part of the Personnel & Human resource development department of an organization and would have to utilize your 'Human skill" to tackle the people so as to select, maintain and promote the best talent. Marketing means you will involve yourself in sale & purchases of products. Fienace is delaing with money related matters for an organization throug Banks and delating with balance sheets etc.

Bsc from a normal college wouldn't matter if you are doing MBA from a premium Bschool. But rarely even the undergrad college also matters in case of Job interviews. Just make sure you score good in undergrad.

No its really difficult to get MAIT with this rank. However if you still desperately want it you can try your luck in spot counseling. However I would not advice you to do the same. You can probably look for other colleges like banrsidas chandiwala, Rdias. They are quite decent colleges. Maximum rank for MBA in MAIT was 865.

Deepika, I suggest you look for a job which has some kind of foreign connections. That will be better for you rather than searching for a short-term course. If you get a job in a company which has some foreign connection (say if it is a MNC, or if it is an export-import comPany or an Export house or a 100% EOU) you can then plan your certificate course to make you prominent and more successful in that company. So search for such a job not for a short-term course after MBA. That is my suggesstion.
