MBA-HR is always are good option. One of the most lucrative, distinctive and trickiest job, HR professionals work hard to get best employees for a company. HR professionals have to handle everything from selecting, procuring, deciding compensation, employee development, employee training, job analysis, and everything related to a company's resources. Not only this, but it is the responsibility of the HR to fulfil the objective of the company while fulfilling the personal objectives of the employees.

Hello Priya, congratulations for your admission. Placements at jaipuria are good for all their specializations. Hr have good career scope. Average package offered by jaipuria is 5.25 lakhs and highest package offered is 14 lakhs.

Dear partha, there is only one program i.e. pgpm (hr) with manpower group. the other option is you go for normal pgdm with hr specialization. whereas the pgpm (hr) program is focused towards developing industry ready hr professionals where as the other program will give you a holistic idea about different management functions with concentration in hr. the pgpm (hr) students will also undergo a specialized training program with manpower group which is one of the world's largest hr organization. as far as placement is concerned there is no historic data as this is the first year of the program. as far as the overall placement of gbs is c

Hi Deepankar, MBA offers specialisation in streams such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations to name a few. The choice of specialisation should be based on your interest and inclination. Most of the colleges offer specialisation in 2nd year and in first year you are exposed to all the aspects of management. This will give you ample time to decide.
If you are interested in people related aspects of management.HR will be good option.
You can choose marketing and work on promotion,branding and selling products.

The average package is around 9 lacs p.a. The profiles offered varied from Training and Development, CnB, Recruitment, polixies etc. Companies like Deloitte, Capgemini, Vedanta etc. Were on campus.

Average package for HR for this year was 7-7.5 Lacs depending upon the company and profile.
This year the highest was around 9.5 Lacs.
