As it is rural management college much opportunity is in RM although there are good placements for other streams too and it is completely on a personal basis where you want to see you after completion of PGDM I.e are you comfortable in rural areas etc. And industrial visits are done on regular basis and as such no scholarship is provided as per my knowledge. Absolutely HR is quite brilliant option as far as other streams are concern,
Every Brand MNC required full time MBA, distance MBA is not sufficient for the growth of the career.

You as a person will decide which specialization suits u well.Every specialization have different prospects and growth. But still in overall scenerio, marketing is the best option.But if u ask me between finance and hr then you may opt finance,it has better prospect.Best of luck!
