To cope up with the area of requirements at work, you may opt for additional certification programmes in Retail Management. You may also like to have the prestigious membership of some professional societies such as National Institute of Personnel Management(www.nipm.in). SHRM has membership options and some certifications in HR Management . Visit https://www.shrm.org
A PhD would be a good idea to have to expand your job prospects to academic sector as well.

Hello Madhu,
Almost 80% of the students are placed and MITSOB is aiming to reach 100%. Many companies are yet to visit our campus for recruitment as the placement process is still under progression.

Hey,
As it is rural management college much opportunity is in RM although there are good placements for other streams too and it is completely on a personal basis where you want to see you after completion of PGDM I.e are you comfortable in rural areas etc. And industrial visits are done on regular basis and as such no scholarship is provided as per my knowledge. All the best

Absolutely HR is quite brilliant option as far as other streams are concern,
Every Brand MNC required full time MBA, distance MBA is not sufficient for the growth of the career.
Wish you all the best!!!
