You have to go for mba(hr)/ mhrm/ masters in personnel management. Try to get a good college clearing cat/xat/mat. Along with human resource u should opt operations as well. It will be a good career enhancer. All the best.

it's always preferable to go with MBA from a reputable bschool . this would give you better scope and career path in HR . There are some specialised course but not recognised much. So go for MBA OR PGDM from top bschool .and then choose HR as specialization.

Dear friend,The selection proccess of every specialization is same.If u ask me about placement,then i can say u that,placement in hr are moderate in medium level colleges,it is also depend upon college how good they are in placing hr students.If u won't get good reted college then won't go for hr.Unless work hard and put extra effort,thereafter u will get placed easily.Best of luck!
