Its good in those terms. Efficient faculties are there and since only 20 students are there it is more focused in terms of placements and teaching. Avg placement package is around 6 lakhs p.a.

MBA in HR is a good career choice provided you have people management skills and you enjoy social interaction & helping others to overcome their problems. MBA from Tier I college( IIM, XLRI, FMS etc) will put you on spring board of success. If you do MBA from Tier II and below business school, you may have to struggle in first 2 or 3 years to catch up with those who do MBA from Tier I colleges. I am of the opinion it is a good career choice.

Hello Ratan,
Placement scenario at MITSOB for all specialisation is very good. Companies like Catnon, iPlaceUSA, Dynamatrics, etc. have been visiting our college for placements in HR and good number of students get placed. You can also check our college website to check list of recruiter at http://realcubes.com/mitsob/index.php/about-placements

Dear Arunima. With a good percentile like yours you can look at MARC college as it will give you good scholarship. Further, you can get good placements at top MNCs. I am currently working at JP Morgan. This college was started in 2008. I have heard that HR placements are very good.in Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys etc
