A MBA in HR has tremendous scope for a career in HRM. You can join a corporate set up,HR advisory firm,HR training firm, HRO firm,Placement firm ,etc
As a general practice an fresher MBA in HR joins an organisation in the Talent Acquisition team and over time develops into a generalist HR role or a specialist role in any of the HRM sub functional domains
whereas in an Advisory /trainign firm ,he/she gets an opportunity to groom oneself into a specialist from inception itself

You appear for any India or maharashtra level competency test. CET, CMAT, etc. Once the results are declared you come to the college campus and buy the form costing around Rs. 2000. After you submit the form, you will get a call for GD and PI rounds. Once you clear the same, you will get a confirmation email about the same and fee structure and many more campus related do's and don't's. That's it. You are in as a PGDM student at DSIMS. You opt for your specialization after 1st year and that is when you start with your HR specialization.
Hope to see you Soon around in the Campus
Good Luck!
