Both branches having their own advantages and disadvantages but I think HR is more demanding than IB.

Hi Priya,
Placement for HR is good here. The institute is having 100% placement records. Average package is around 6 lac., but it can go high or low depending upon the caliber of the student. Summer intern-ship and off summers are provide by the college in reputed organisations.

Placements for only HR are rare,because our college offers dual specialization.I cannot reveal the companies name, please wait till 25th march when the placements report will be out.

It entirely depends on the college from which you will pass out. If it is in top 100 MBA colleges then the average package might be from 8-10 LPA and in next level colleges, average package might be like from 4-6 LPA.

Hello,
The HR faculty is really very experienced we got to learn many things from them . They are very helpful. The average placement is about 6 lpa for people doing PGDM in HR.

Thank you for showing interest in IBMR COLLEGE.
In our college we have good placement record from last many years, in each field finance marketing HR,
in this college we are also organizing some job fair in every 3 months for pursuing students to attain and get a knowledge about there capabilities as well as get motivate for giving interviews.
This will help to HR students alot to get placed in good companies. as well as training programs during course.

If u pursue MBA from distance mode u have to try out campus where u do get to sit for an interview and hence stand a chance to be placed respectively. But in case of distance MBA the placement opportunities r very inferior in comparison to full time MBA degrees.
