If you want to opt for the regular MBA program then either go for marketing or finance in terms of placements. The rest depends on your personal interest.

Well to be honest HR placements are not so good in any college except for HR specialist colleges like XLRI,XISS etc. Here companies do come but the salary paclage is not so high. To be true, like it is for Marketing, or Finance.

Hi Ajay. Students of Finance will be getting placement in finance position only. They will not be allowed to take part in HR &Marketing jobs. Yes companies specialize in HR and Marketing do offer good post of finance for their company. The average package is of finance batch is 6,00,000. COmpanies like Deloitte, Dhara shaw, bank of Baroda, birla sun life, L&T finance etc do visited the campus this year.

The scope of HR is limited. You really have to work hard to stand out. Try pursing Six Sigma and any other certified HR course.

That completely depends upon your interest. Jobs are available in all the fields if you're best in your respective fields. I'll tell the current demand and scenario though. It is first Marketing, then Finance then HR.

Yes ofcourse , teaching quality is really good but number of HR students only less. In our batch only 16 students opted HR. You have 100% placement in HR.

Christ does not accept XAT score.
A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September / December 2015 / February 2016 OR a composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2015 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission test (CMAT 2016) OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission test 2015 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR 70 percentage or above in the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) 2016 OR 70 percentile or above in the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2016). And 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations.
