If you are looking for MBA degree and want a good campus placement then you should apply to our college. Major HR recruiters are IBM,Citibank, Genpact, E&Y,Axis Bank and PeopleStrong. Every year IBM recruits many students for various HR positions for internships and then these are converted to final placements. Since the college is based in Gurgaon , senior executives from top MNC's like Accenture Consulting, Genpact, Capgemini,KPMG come for regular sessions to train students on sector specific skills.

Hi Namrata.
As per my information, till now out of 120 HR students only 70 are placed and 50 are in recruitment phase . Yes, HR placement are bit not going on the track but placements are totally depend on a candidate capabilities. You must also see that 70 HR are placed. Still BIMM HR will surely attain 100% placement till end march.

Dear,
Salary in any organisation depends on many factors, in which Experience, Job knowledge, suitability and a bit of luck plays major role.
Organisation to organization the salary offered are different, but as an average the salary for a fresher could start from 10k - 15 k.

well to talk about the average placements its around 5.4 lakhs but telling specifically just for HR it depends what specializations you take in your 2nd preference likewise marketing+hr or finance + HR or operations +hr etc because at jaipuria we offer dual specialisation which will lead you excel in domains of your interest and preference and companies when come for recruitment, their requirements differ like some want HR with marketing some give prevailage to finance with HR and accordingly their package differs. Placement scenario at MITSOB for all specialisation is very good. Companies like Catnon, iPlaceUSA, Dynamatrics, etc. have been visiting our college for placements and good number of students get placed. You can also check our college website to check list of recruiter at http://www.mitsob.net/

Hello, The calls are expected after the registration process gets over , within 7-10 days. During GD try to get in touch of recent topics political, business and social. Try to be loud and clear during the discussion and don't get into arguments. For PI try to be yourself and justify your answers with confidence. Do not write anything on your CV which is not required or cant be justified.

Hi Naveena, Placement are great at ISB&M.Companies like TCS, Development Credit Bank,Pantaloons,Starbucks, NetCore Solution, Credit Suisse, Amazon, and many more come for HR. 97% batch is already placed. Average salary 7.2 lacs. As the placement season has not been over and till now highest placement 2014-16 is 12 Lacs.
