Hello anish!
Selection of specialization depends on your area of interest. All the fields are good. If you want to go by placement records then marketing & finance has good placements records. A lot of companies visit the college for these profiles. Overall placement record of the college is upto 100%.
All the best!
Thank you!

Indeed, HR is an attractive career option, provided that you love team work, have a high EQ (Emotional Quotient), enjoy interacting with people, etc.
Make an informed decision considering your interest, else there is no dearth of opportunity for talented professionals.
For the preparation in general, you can go through:
1) The organizational structure with respect to workforce structuring,
2) Read and understand best HR practices going around as published in reports/blogs/sites,
3) Understand the employment laws/Statutory requirement of government across levels, i.e. from lower to top level for HR practices and likewise.

Hello Neeti,
It totally Depends on in which field you have completed graduation and which field you wanted to go in future for job rather than common specializations like finance, marketing, HRM, etc. You may go with Banking Management as well.
If you have done graduation in B.Com or BBA, you can definitely go for MBA in Banking Management. It will be better for your career opportunities.
Regards.
