MBA in Finance and MBA in Marketing both are different fields and have their own value in its field. Both are good but both are incomplete without each other in terms of corporate sector or professional life. So, it depends upon you what kind of career you want to opt.
Yes, you can pursue both at the same time.

HR is good in BK and no, 1 year PG course is available along with MBA or there is no course which gives you MBA in one year at BK. Doing 1 year PG along with MBA in other institution is prohibited. You can take only one course at a time. If you are found doing both of them simultaneously then your admission at BK may get cancelled.
Moreover there will be 8 subjects in each semester at BK so you won't get enough time to do both.

As you already having 5 years of working experience and MBA Finance degree, then you can do executive MBA in HR of one year duration. It will be best for you than any other certification course.

you can expect the call, you have a good profile, the cut off is usually between 80-85 percentile. The placements for HR are good , with almost 100% placement rate. All the best.
