The admission process for MHRM at IIT Kharagpur is grounded on the seeker's performance in the Common Admission Test( CAT), followed by Written Capability Test( WAT) and a particular Interview( PI).
The arrestment for CAT varies every time, depending on the difficult position of the test and the number of aspirants. In history, the arrestment percentile for MHRM at IIT Kharagpur has been around the 90- 95 percentile. still, this is just a rough estimate and may not be applicable at the current time.

I would recommend that every college prefer a new student In college who got some prior job experience in the same domain as he want to pursue. So, I would suggest you that after your graduation you can work as an HR for approximately 2 years which will increase your chances to get in TISS and even a better package after MBA.

XIMB Cutoff 2023: Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Xavier University, Bhubaneswar (XUB) will release the XIMB cutoff for the batch 2023-25 PGP programme in the first week of April 2023 and there is Common Admission Test CAT Similar to CAT cut off figures, XAT cut off is around 90 percentile.
