Actually, B.Sc. CS and MBA in HR, both are very different things. You may face different syllabus in MBA HR from B.Sc. In Science. So, If you are really interested in doing MBA HR, I will suggest doing BBA/BMS. It is quite important to choose only one field or expertise.

You have two options. First one being, you're doing a course (MSW/MA/M.Sc/Maharashtra) in TISS and in your first year itself you appear for TISSNET, clear the cut-off for HRM&LR, get selected post your interview and join. In this case, you'll be discontinuing your earlier course mid-way.
Second, why do you want to wait 2 years to complete another course and then do M.A. in HRM & LR?

To meet bright fresh brilliant individuals from all backgrounds and so develop a strong network that will benefit me for the rest of my life. To obtain professional grooming, which would undo

You need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university to pursue a master's degree or a PG Diploma in HRM. There are two types of postgraduate degrees in HRM. You can choose HRM as an MBA specialisation after clearing MBA entrance exams and taking admission to a B-school.

An MBA in HR is a generalist business degree with a specialist focus on human resources. MBA HR courses usually take the form of a traditional MBA program with a human resources specialization, like the MBA at Brigham Young University's Marriot Business School, which includes a Strategic Human Resources track.
