There's no best specialisation in MBA. All are good and have great opportunities. My suggestion always is to choose a field which you like. MBA in Finance, Marketing and HR are very lucrative fields of specialisation. All these branches of MBA offer opportunities in various sectors and with exciting job opportunities. Although, choosing which field should you specialise in totally depends on your interests. Let us discuss the kind of job opportunities in both fields and the colleges best for each specialisation. College such as Amity, MIT Pune and various other colleges are available for HR Diploma course. Fees structure are according to the college. I will suggest that do Diploma in Labour law also with your HR Course that will help you a lot in future in getting job.
