As per my understanding, MBA in Human Resources is a very demanding profession and the demand is likely to increase over time. The basic reason for this is, personnel are the most important part of any organisation, therefore management of the personnel is the most important task to be focused on. All the top companies across industries such as FMCG, IT, consulting, etc. , visit the campus for placements. In our batch, almost everyone got placed by the end of the session. I don't remember the exact placement percentage. The lowest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the highest went up to 1 crore per annum
