Yes, you can very well do MBA (HR) from IIBM.
Indian Institute of Business Management (IIBM) offers a number of degree and diploma programs focusing on Business Administration and Management. The college offers BBA, BCA, PGDM and B.Voc programs at UG as well as PG levels.
You should be a graduate in any discipline with50 % marks.
It also requires a valid score in CAT / MAT / ATMA / CMAT / XAT.
The placement opportunity in IIBM is also very good. The highest package was 7.50 LPA and the average package was 3.50 LPA.

GMAT cut off for XIMB hr is 550 marks. The XIMB (Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar) requires a three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks from a recognised university. The candidates who expect to complete their degree by a certain date can also apply. The XIMB cut off is based on XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/XGMT/NMAT. The cutoff figures is the minimum score required to be called for Personal Interview . The XIMB cutoff figures varies from year to year a little.

The dress code for girls in PSGIM HR department is given below :-
1. They are advised to wear Alwar kameez / churidar / straight cut pants till ankle length.
2. They can also wear formal trousers and shirts with formal shoes from Monday to Thursday.
3. On Friday, they can wear casuals with collared t-shirt and jeans or palazzo pants with tops.
4. They should also keep in mind that jeans should not be the torn one.

In my opinion, MBA in general management or Human Resource Management is also a good choice if one is planning to do an MBA after B.Tech. An MBA degree in finance, marketing will meet the needs of the candidates who expect to work in a managerial position.
