Dear Applicant. PhD doesnot have subjects, It have research area that you can decide as per your interest in the required filed of management in consultancy with your guide once allotted to you. If you want to go for admission in PhD in management as you have done MBA in master. LPU could be a good option as it offers PhD in management in both Part time and Full time. The eligibility criteria for the same is "Pass with 55% agrregate marks in MBA/ M.Sc. (Management)/M.Com/ MIB/ MFC or equivalent + LPUNEST +Interview
Note:- 5% relaxation in eligibility percentage to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Able. "

The salary of an MBA in HR in any industry depends on multiple factors. Salary varies from company to company you are approaching based on your grades and college you have done your Masters from.
