My advice to you would be to know your interests, strengths and weaknesses. Look at the subjects of the fields and try to know where your interest lies. It depends on you how you can work in the particular field. Both the fields IT and HR have the jobs available. The scope in the career also depends on whether you will perform better in the IT field or HR field. Therefore, it is better to analyse the topics in both the fields and try to know your interests based on that.
