At present is it worth it to do PM &HRD from Bimm Pune? I have heard so many things about the rigid policies of the college , i am confused . Can anyone shed some light on how is the placement for hr in bimm pune and about the 365 days policy . Also whats the lowest and highest package in pm&hrd here

XISS and IISWBM are equally good B-schools. If we compare IISWBM & XISS in terms of fess I would prefer IISWBM. In terms of brand value, both are equally good. In terms of ROI, I would prefer IISWBM. Although XISS & IISWBM are B- School of almost the same brand value I would prefer IISWBM.

Yes many universities give admission on basis of graduation marks. You should try to give institutional entrance exam if possible. There are few good MBA colleges like Jamia, LPU, AMU, Christ University which conduct their own MBA entrance exams
Few good option could be- LPU
- Chandigarh University
- IIHMR Jaipur ( MBA Healthcare management)
- Jamai
- AMU
- Christ University
- KIIT
- Bharti Vidyapeth ( BVU CET)
- UPES
- Allahabad University ( conduct it's own MBA exam)
- Chitkara University
- Alliance University

You have very good academics and as per your scores in CAT, XAT, and CAMT you can take admission in any good B-School for MBA/PGDM. If you want to pursue a management course then you should choose Pune because it is the best to place for pursuing any professional course and PIBM Pune is one of the best colleges for pursuing both MBA and PGDM in HR. Choosing between MBA and PGDM it's about your preferences. The difference between both the courses is their curriculum.
