If you have done BJ MC, then go for post-graduation as well, go for Masters in Mass Communication (if you want to), otherwise the options or interest in which you have, go ahead. Mainly, do as per your interest. All the best.

These days, almost all colleges or institutions invariably have a placement cell that makes all efforts to place students. But unfortunately details of placements for this particular branch is not available. However general record of BHU is quite good and you should take admission, if you are getting it.
