Several colleges in Kerala and Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu offer Computer Science programs at the level of Ph.D. There are various institutions offering computer Science at the level of PhD, such as in the Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology, CUSAT; Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu and PSG Tech which allows one to conduct his PhD. Usually, admission into Computer Science involves a Master's degree from the institution with a valid score in entrance exams conducted by respective institutions and interviews held by these institutes.
