Yes, you can appear for NEET after completing your BA, if you meet the eligibility criteria:Educational Qualification: You must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) in your 12th class and secured at least 50% blend marks in PCB (forty% for reserved classes).Age Limit: You should be at the least 17 years old at the time of admission, and there may be no higher age limit as per the updates.

Some colleges offering B.A in Marathi Medium are- Elphinstone College Mumbai with annual charge of INR 5725/- and Ruia College Mumbai with annual charge approximately INR 6380/-. For Nursing course, you must have studied english, biology, physics and chemistry in 12th. So commerce stream students of 12th can't do the Nursing course.
