The B.A. (Hons.) IILM University's Journalism & Media Studies is a four-year programme to impart journalistic knowledge to the students. The programme encompasses print, audio-visual, broadcast and convergence media, research, writing and content creation. The department offered options for students to take to include department options and other options coming from other departments. The programme entails compulsory practical training sessions, which exposes to learn more from the existing labor market realities. To be eligible for this programme a student should have minimum of 50% in aggregate at the 10+2 level. Unfortunately, the amount of the programme fee is unclear, although there are scholarships for those who wish to gain access to it.

The approximate fee structure at CMS College of Science and Commerce, Coimbatore, for B.A. in English Literature is around INR 50,700 every year. These undergraduate courses in the study of English language and literature have been affiliated with Bharathiar University and run for three years.Admission to this course is merit-based and strictly according to Class 12 marks. The program focuses holistically on literature and enables students to hone their analytical and communication skills.
