Yes, the selected candidates after all the selection rounds are required to submit a physical fitness certificate. The certificate should be issued by registered medical practitioner. This certificate has to be submitted at the time of admission.

NITHM Gachibowli admission process is entrance-based for all the curses. Aspirants who fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria can apply through the institute official website. In the next step, applications are shortlisted based on candidates merit in the accepted exams. For example, for MBA, candidates are shortlisted based on score in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA.Further, these selected candidates have to go through the selection rounds. After these rounds, seat allotment is carried out.

For admission in NITHM MBA course, aspirant should have a valid bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university. The degree course should have been passed by the candidate with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidate must also have the mark sheet, it is required for verification purposes.

NITHM Hyderabad has a career development cell, which manages the placement activities. The students are provided internship as well as final placement assistance. The institute has not released placement report or brochure for MBA, as of now. As per the Shiksha students' reviews, the highest package offered in recent NITHM placements was INR 16 LPA.
