Yes, you can easily get admission at I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU) with the 88% in class 12th. Beside this you will get scholarship according to their scholarship scheme. The minimum % required for the admission is 45 - 50%.

No, it is not true that the I. K GAUJRAL UNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY (PTU) is more expensive than CGC Jhanjeri. You can compare the fees structure of both of universities CGC Jhanjeri is quite expensive in every way. Like for an exapmle MBA course fees in (PTU) IS starting from11.7K but when we goes to CGC Jhanjeri fees is starting with 2.4L. So know you can differentiate between both of universities which one is expensive

The slection process is normal, the persons who got cleared / have cracked CMAT, MAT, CAT, XAT, PU MET, GMAT, APICET, UGAT and AGC NEST exams. When these exams are conducted students have to go the through for the admission. And the graduation percentage required for the admission is 45-55%.

Yes, IKGPTU offers accommodation facilities to its students. There are different hostel available for both boys and girls. The campus has three boys hostel and two hostels for girl students. Rooms are offered as per their availability. Students can choose from single and double seater rooms as per their choice and budget.

Punjab Technical University (PTU) which was later renamed as I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University offers excellent placement opportunities to its students. It offers skills and training to the students from day 1 to perform well and score good placements offer. The median salary of 2 years PG programme median salary is INR 2.7 LPA, for 4 years UG programme is INR 4.5 LPA, for 5 years UG programme it is INR 1.9 LPA, for and for 3 years UG programmes same is INR 2.1 LPA as per the NIRF 2023 report.Note: Above mentioned stats are of 2022 taken from the NIRF report 2023, which is the latest available on the official website.
