For admission to distance education, one needs a relevant work experience of at least 3 years. So, you might not be able to get admission for MBA immediately after passing BBA. But, you can go through the regular mode of education by taking part in the exams.

I do not think India has brought in such facilities yet. If you discontinue from one Indian university, you still have to start right from the beginning in case you want to join the next university. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Dinesh !For getting admission in premier business-schools ,you need to score good percentile in entrance exams like CAT/XAT/MAT etc and based on the rank you will be alloted the seats in the top business-schools but there are some other premier private institutions that also conducts their own examination in order to give admission.here are some of these institutions :Lovely Professional University,VIT ,SRM etc.

Punjab technical university is good and some depends on in which college you are taking admission , some college are good under this university which you can get good placement assistance. Degree from PTU is approved under UGC so you can get admission without any doubt
