IBPS Clerk prelims result 2023 was announced on September 14, 2023. The link to download the result is made available on the official website. However, we provide the direct link to check the result. Candidates can download their results by logging with the required credentials. IBPS Clerk prelims scorecard is released few days after the declaration of the result. The result displays the qualifying status of candidates for the next round of selection process. IBPS Clerk prelims exam comprises three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The test paper carries a total of 100 questions. The total marks allotted to the test are 100. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are not counted for the Mains exam.

The interview score is sorted, considering only those who score above 40% (35% for SC/ST and PWD) in the interview.80% weightage is given to the common written normalized score and then the remaining 20% is allotted to the interview.While the IBPS clerk exams' final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the main examination. Only those who receive a score of at least 40% (or 35% for SC/ST and PWD) in the interview are taken into account for sorting the results.The common written normalized score is given an 80% weighting, while the interview receives the remaining 20%.While the ultimate selection for the IBPS clerk exams would be based on the results of the main examination. Hope this helps.

IBPS Clerk prelims syllabus comprises topics from Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. IBPS Clerk 2023 application form last date was July 28, 2023. Earlier, the last date to fill IBPS Clerk application form was July 21, 2023. However, the application deadline was extended by the examination authority. Candidates should hurry up and fill the application form as soon as possible. IBPS Clerk application needs to be filled online only. Candidates are not required to sent the printout of the application form. The application fees needs to be paid online. The application process comprises certain steps such as registration, uploading of scanned photograph and signature, filling the application form, uploading the scanned handwritten declaration and left thumb impression and fee payment.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) does not announce ideal score specifically for IBPS Clerk exam. The examination authority only announce the section-wise and overall cut off marks. Candidates need to secure equal to or more than the cut off marks inorder to qualify the exam. The score required to pass the exam varies depending on the number of candidates and the difficulty of the exam. However, generally speaking, the higher candidate's score, the better their chances of being selected for the clerk position. Candidates can also get an idea about the ideal score by checking the previous years' cut off marks. Candidates should prepare well for the exam inorder to qualify the exam.

Final-year students cannot apply for the IBPS Clerk Exam. Candidates need to have graduation mark sheet on the date of application. As per the notification, the minimum qualification require candidates to have a graduation degree or equivalent from a recognised university. Candidates between 20 and 28 Years can apply for the IBPS Clerk post. There are certain age relaxations given to candidates belonging to reserved categories. As per the official notification, Candidates belonging to some category are given age relaxation like SC/ST (predetermined caste/predetermined tribe) 5 years, OBC (another backward classes-non-cream tier) 3 years, Disabled (PwD) 10 years Former service staff, including Emergency Situation Officer (ECO)/Short Service Officer (SSCO).
