IBPS Clerk cut off for the prelims exam are calculated out of 100 marks. Candidates qualifying the prelims exam are called for the mains exam. In 2022, IBPS Clerk cut off for Andhra Pradesh was 76.5 while the cut off for Assam was 80.75. IBPS Clerk cut off for Bihar was 87.75. The cut off for Chhattisgarh was 81.25. There is not much difference in the difficulty level of SBI Clerk and IBPS Clerk exams. The exam pattern and syllabus of IBPS Clerk and SBI Clerk are more or less the same. IBPS Clerk exam pattern comprises prelims and Mains exams. The prelims exam comprises three sections English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. The Mains exam comprises General/ Financial Awareness, General English Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude. IBPS Clerk marking scheme is prescribed by the examination authority. For correct answer, one mark is awarded to candidates. For incorrect answers, 0.25 marks are awarded. The score is calculated based on the number of correct and incorrect answers. The marks obtained by candidates are normalised to calculate the scores. Yes, there are sectional timings in IBPS Clerk exam. In prelims exam, candidates will get 20 minutes to answer each section. In the Mains exam, 35 minutes each will be given to answer questions from General/Financial Awareness, General English and 45 minutes each will be given to attempt Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude and Quantitative Aptitude questions. No, there is no limit to the number of attempts in the IBPS Clerk exam. Candidates falling within the prescribed age limit can apply for the exam. Candidates should be between 20 and 28 years. The educational qualification prescribed for the exam. There is no minimum percentage required in graduation for IBPS Clerk exam.
