IBPS RRB eligibility criteria is prescribed by the examination authority separately for different posts. The basic educational qualification for IBPS RRB exam is graduation. However, the educational qualification vary post-wise. As per the notification, you should have passed your degree before 1.3.2019, so you cannot apply on basis of graduation, but you can apply with intermediate or +2 as minimum qualification.

It's better you go for Masters. It will grade your level up. In famous research centres there is lot of vacancies for junior research fellow. They need Masters there is interview and written test for seeking places like ISRO. BHABA Atomic research centres. Etc. Or in teaching also Masters is necessary to teach till12. Regards.
