Due to the heavy load on the server, IBPS Clerk admit card login page takes time to load. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep patience and try to download their admit cards within a certain interval of time. Candidates need to download their admit cards online. The hard copy of IBPS Clerk admit card is not sent to any candidates. Candidates need to download the admit card by logging in with the required credentials.

Candidates should download IBPS Clerk admit card in the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox. The steps to download the admit card are given below:
Visit the official website of IBPS
Click the IBPS Clerk admit card' link on the home page
On the login page, enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password
IBPS Clerk admit card appears on the screen
Download the admit card and take its printout.

IBPS Clerk is a better option that ICICI Bank PO. IBPS Clerk is conducted to select candidates for 11 public sector banks in India. Whereas, ICICI is a private bank job. There is a job security in government sector. The salary offered to IBPS Clerk is more than ICICI Bank PO. Besides, candidates are offered various perks, benefits and allowances.

Bank preference once submitted cannot be changed for various IBPS exams. The decision of IBPS in provisional allotment of organisation shall be final and binding upon the selected candidates. Applicants are required to add their preferences of banks while filling the application form. The preferences of banks should be exercised properly by candidates. Based on the merit-cum-preference, candidates are allotted to any of the participating banks.

The role of IBPS comes to end after the provisional allotment. The offer of appointment is done by the bank/organisation to which candidates has been provisionally allotted. The candidates may contact the allottee bank for appointment. It is better to contact the allotted bank to know regarding the appointment.

IBPS Clerk provisional allotment is done based on the marks obtained in the Mains exam. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are not counted for the final merit list. To prepare the provisional allotment list, the marks are normalised out of 100. The marks and cut off marks for provisional allotment are prepared out of 100. Normalisation of marks is done using equi-percentile method. The exam is conducted in multiple sessions. The question papers are different for different sessions. The corrected scores obtained by each candidate in different sessions are normalised. Scores upto two decimal points are taken for the purpose of calculations. After normalization, final scores are rounded off up to two decimal digits.
