You can choose IBPS exam "PGDBF (banking finance) offered by Canara bank, UBI, Syndicate bank, Bank of Baroda in collaboration with Manipal University. After the test, if you are selected by the interviewer, you will be sent to Manipal by your bank for PGDBF. IBPS bank PO is based on mental and logical reasoning test. The syllabus of IBPS PO exam consists of logical reasoning, general awareness, language ability test, quantitative analysis and data interpretation. There are no questions related to any specific subject. But pursuing BBA will help you to allocate time for preparation of Bank PO as this course a little bit easy as compared to other courses and you will be able to manage time easily.

Hi Dipti,
Being from a management background, I would advise you to go for MBA as it is more relevant to your current studies and future goals too (if you want to make a career in it). Though you can go for IBPS/any other banking exam as well; there is no harm in it. Both have their own pros and cons, it all depends upon your aspirations. Even after doing MBA, you can prepare for IBPS if you really want to.
All the best.
