Candidates need to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:Graduate (any stream) with 50% and above aggregate with as English as a mediumWork experience in managerial or supervisory positions for at least two yearsMinimum 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis)Those not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score

Check below the IBS Hyderabad BBA eligibility criteria: A pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium is required to apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course.Aspirants must fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board via which the student has appeared for the qualifying exam.If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the programme will be cancelled.Applicants who have appeared for Class 12 or equivalent and awaiting results are also eligible to apply provided they are done with their exams (including practical exams)

Hello! Work experience is not compulsory for seeking admission in IBS Hyderabad (or any other similar B-school for that matter). IBS comprises of a mix of both freshers and experienced students.
