I appeared for CAT and MAT exam and scored CAT 82.5% and MAT 99.7 %. I went around to find a good management institute in Delhi and visited quite a few colleges. But when I came to EMPI the first thing which struck me was the green campus. Then after meeting the students who gave me a positive review about the faculty, facilities and the MNC collaborations made me go for EMPI. The faculty is one of the best industry professionals who make sure they bring out the best in a student. The students are well trained with the help of management competitions and academics. EMPI is any time better than most of the colleges for a management course. With an effectively updated academics which is at par with the corporates world. EMPI provides the best placement with prestigious packages. Where extra curriculum activities help the student develop their soft skills the academics prepare them for a practical approach towards the market making them market ready. EMPI is truly the best MBA college. You should go for it.

It shouldn't be very difficult for you, if you could just carry yourself well in the interview that they have and of course you need to clear the entrance exam before that. It is a simple aptitude test. Nothing to worry about it's going to be easy, trust me (unless you have any major backlogs in your class 12th you are good to go).

In terms of ranking, I'd prefer IBS Mumbai, then ITM Mumbai, then IBS Hyderabad and then other colleges. Don't go on the basis of ranking for choosing your college. See, the ROI which is better of ITM, Navi Mumbai. After all, placements are only which you want at the end.

IBS, Hyderabad is a deemed to be university and is UGC recognised and offers a 2-year full-time MBA programme which is a residential programme. AICTE approval is only given to autonomous institutes which offer post-graduate Diplomas (which are again equivalent to 2 year MBA programme). On the other hand, IBS, Mumbai is affiliated to the Hyderabad and is not AICTE approved and offers a 2-year full-time postgraduate programme in management (PGPM). I personally don't think that having an AICTE approval would matter because every year lots of companies visit the campus for placements. So, as far as the college is providing placements, AICT

I would suggest you to opt for IMI Bhubaneswar as it is better than IBS. Moreover, you will be getting the brand name IMI.

IBS, Hyderabad provides general administration courses in marketing, finance, operations & HR. If you are very keen on taking up agriculture business and then IBS, Hyderabad would not be the right choice for you. You can take up SIIB as it has good exposure & good competition.
