IBSAT Selection Process

IBSAT Group Discussion round is usually conducted for a duration of 20-25 minutes. Candidats in a group will be given a topic to discuss. The panel member will judge the candidates on the basis of their communication, non verbal and knowledge skills. Candidates will be able to check the IBSAT final result soon after the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds are concluded. The link to check the IBSAT 2024 final results will be activated on the official website of ICFAI Business School tentatively in April 2025. IBSAT selection process comprises of two rounds:Micro Presentation: In this round, candidate will have to present on a topic in brief. Candidates will be given three topics and choose any one topic from it. This is done to test the communication skill of candidates.  Personal Interview (PI): Those who have successfully cleared the micro presentation round are called for PI round. This PI round judges your communications skills, confidence, business aptitude and general attitude. Candidates should remain cool and calm during this final round. Candidates who will qualify the IBSAT or any other national level entrance exam will have to appear for the IBS selection rounds which will be conducted in February/March 2025. 

IBSAT selection process commences soon after the declaration of results. IBSAT 2024 selection rounds will be held from February 15 to 24, 2025, at IBS Hyderabad. Only candidates who will qualify the IBSAT 2024 or have qualified any of the national level entrance examinations- NMAT by GMAC, CAT, XAT scores are also called for the selection process during the prescribed period. The IBSAT 2024 selection process will consist of micro presentation and personal interview. Te final selection of the candidates will be based on the past academic records and performance of the candidate in micro presentation and personal interview. Candidates must report for the IBS selection process on the given date and time, failing which candidates will not be considered for admission to IBS campuses.
