If students are found violating the rules of the examination or trying to adopt the unfair means will be disqualified from the examination. The system will detect any kind of unusual movements and will notify the online proctor on the following circumstances:
1. Focus changed to a different window: student tabs out of the examination taking window.
2. Browser not supported: Student is using an older browser version or
a non-compatible browser
3. Webcam is disabled: Students webcam is disabled
4. Face is not visible in the camera: Student is not looking into the camera.
5. Several faces in front of the camera: There are other people along
with the examination taker.
6. Face does not match the profile: Student taking the examination is
not the same person whose photo was captured before starting the
examination and as per the Hall-Ticket.
7. Microphone muted or its volume is low: Student has muted the
microphone.
8. Conversation or noise in the background: System has captured
background noise.
9. Screen activities are not shared: student has stopped screen share
activity.
10. Second display is used: Additional display like extended monitor has
been connected.
11. Full-screen mode is disabled: student has disabled full screen mode.

To appear for the IBSAT online proctored examination, candidates must esnure the following software arrangement on their laptop/desktop or mobile:
1. It is instructed to use the latest version of any of the browsers Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
2. Examination will run only on webcam and microphone-enabled Desktop/Laptop/Tablet or Mobile with the above requirement.
3. Ad Blocker should be switched off and auto password save shall also be disabled.
4. Enable Cookies setting in Chrome.
5. All applications that use a camera, microphone, and screen sharing should be switched off during the remote proctoring sessions.
6. Popup Blocker should be turned off.
7. Clear the Browser Cache before the start of the examination
8. Should have Admin access to the computer to enable & disable the required tab.
9. Ensure that you are taking the examination in a room with proper lighting with minimal background noise.

11. Have your system fully charged to last up to 3hrs.
12. Ensure you have uninterrupted power and internet connectivity. Test can be taken through Data card connectivity also.

IBSAT exam is expected to be held on online proctored mode. Candidates appearing for the exam must check the important instructions pertaining to IBSAT exam mentioned below:
1. Students must login 10 minutes prior to the commencement time. Candidates will not be able to login for IBSAT exam 10 minutes after the commencement of exam.
2. Candidates must sit for the entire duration of two hours. No bio breaks will be allowed during the exam.
3. Username and password for the mock examination and final exam will be sent on registered email ID
4. Do not wear mask or cover face with anything during the verification process.
5. Candidates are not allowed to access book or internet for any kind of information.
6. Candidates will not be permitted to take photo or video record the screen while taking the exam.
7. Candidates will not be permitted to use headphone, noise cancellation, Bluetooth devices during the examination.
8. The exam will be auto submitted after the completion of the duration.

Yes, you can appear for the IBSAT exam and mock test through mobile. However, for better exam day experience you are advised to take the IBSAT online exam through laptop/desktop. To appear for the IBSAT exam through mobile, you must ensure to follow the instructions for mobile:
1. Put the phone on 'do not disturb' mode while giving the test to avid any incoming call during the exam.
2. You are not allowed to take any call during the exam
3. If you are appearing for exam through mobile, you must have an additional mobile phone to contact the helpdesk for any kind of assistance. You are not allowed to use the exam taking phone for any calling purpose.
4. You must validate the compatibility of the mobile phone before appearing for the exam.
